The Wills for Heroes Steering Committee guides the program to its continued success. They volunteer their time not only in its strategic planning but to coordinating events, recruiting other volunteers and training others. We thank them for their dedication to helping Arizona's first responders.
Ryan Cummings Born and raised in Indiana, Ryan grew up in a police family. This gives Ryan a different perspective to Criminal Defense. Ryan understands the ins and outs of law enforcement, as well as the distinct issues that clients can face in their cases. Ryan brings both tenacity and compassion when dealing with his cases that puts his clients at ease knowing they are in good hands. Ryan was educated at the University of Evansville where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. Ryan attended Phoenix School of Law where he accelerated his education to graduate early. While at Phoenix School of Law, Ryan was active within the legal community and was the school’s Student Pro-Bono Coordinator. While in school, Ryan also joined the Steering Committee on Arizona Wills for Heroes, a group that writes wills for Police, Fire, EMT, First Responder, Prison and Probation Officers. Ryan is still a part of the Steering Committee and actively participates in Wills for Heroes. Ryan was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 2011 and is licensed in Federal Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Maricopa County Bar Association and has concentrated his efforts in Criminal Defense. Ryan has knowledge and works on cases ranging from 1st Degree Murder and high level felonies to DUI’s and other misdemeanors. He has a strong track record for minimizing his clients’ exposure to the harsh laws of Arizona. |
