First Responders - Request an Event
Since its founding in 2006, Wills for Heroes has given thousands of first responders in Arizona no-cost estate planning.
These wills are produced at events coordinated through first responder agencies.
*The program does not have the capactiy to do individual wills. If you are looking to have a will done please contact the State Bar of Arizona or look at upcoming events to reach out to the hosting department.

The links below provide a more detailed explanation of the Wills for Heroes program as well as the Estate Planning Questionnaire. Each first responder and their spouse or partner must complete a separate Estate Planning Questionnaire form before meeting with the Wills for Heroes attorney/ If you use Microsoft Word, you can type your answers in the document on-screen and then print it. Otherwise, you can print the Adobe Acrobat PDF version to fill out manually.

Questionnaire used by the Wills for Heroes program to gather the information needed to prepare free estate planning documents — including a will, powers of attorney, and living will — for eligible Arizona first responders with estates under $750,000.
Form for first responder departments to request authorization to host a Wills for Heroes event, requiring a supervisor or Chief's signature and contact details, then faxed to WFH for confirmation.
